For the fourth year in a row, we are inviting creative professionals from the game and film industry to join us for an informal Gamestorm at Zuiderpershuis, Antwerp, on February 27th 2025. Get ready to unleash our inner child in the XL-Medialab, filled with new games, installations, Virtual Reality and other audiovisual experiments. Afterwards, we’ll share some drinks, experiences and projects-in-progress during an informal “show & tell” networking moment.

About the Gamestorms

The Antwerp Gamestorms are organized by Jeugdfilmfestival Antwerpen and Poppins & Wayne, in collaboration with Antwerp. Powered by Creatives. The initiative emerged in the context of  increasingly blurring boundaries between films and games as entertainment media.

During the previous edition in 2024, around 50 audiovisual creatives connected over their shared passion for games and interactive storytelling. The “show & tell” part of the event featured some very interesting works-in-progress, some of which have since been released – others are still in development.
